- $13/Hour
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Pay raise for good attendance and performance

- Multiple Shifts Available
- Start up machines in a timely manners
- Inspect and verify working conditions of machines and their assigned tooling
- Prepare tooling
- Maintain correct machine parameter set points throughout production shift and cross reference the check sheet posted on the line
- Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into Plex
- Ensure the source inventories related to the molding operation are correctly labeled and maintained (Material Verification Process)
- Confirm the assigned machine is producing foam that meets quality requirements and policies
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery to meet quality and policy requirements (including pressure adjustments, Orifice cleaning and turning on/off machines)
- Correctly label and maintain products
- Inform appropriate personnel of quality or equipment deficiencies in a timely manner
- Actively participates in improvement activities
- Maintain clean work area and assist in maintaining company's 5S system
- Follow policies and procedures; promote the organizations safety efforts
- Positively reinforces production goals, standards and work ethic
- Other duties as assigned
