Details for General Labor / Processing Plant Packer Position:
· $14.75 / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for General Labor / Processing Plant Packer Position:
· Pack eggs into cartons, racks, pallets, or boxes based on production needs
· Verify correct cartons, proper closure, and accurate labeling/printing
· Place finished boxes onto designated pallets from production line
· Inspect eggs, removing and replacing damaged or incorrect sizes
· Remove dirty eggs for re-washing
· Dispose of trash at end of each shift
· Clean and sanitize work area and equipment daily
· Follow all company policies and procedures
· Complete additional duties as assigned by Plant Manager or as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for General Labor / Processing Plant Packer Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred
· Ability to work weekends as needed
· Team-oriented with ability to follow verbal and written instructions
· Effective time management skills
· Ability to stand for extended periods, including full shifts
· Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and tasks
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, reach, and lift repetitively
