Job Description
Do you have production experience and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Glass Handler | Production positions in Surgoinsville, TN.
Details for Glass Handler | Production position:
- $16.50-17 / Hour (Based on Shift)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Chance to be hired directly after 90 days)

Job Duties for Glass Handler | Production position:
- Collect and sort large, heavy, and small glass manually; transport units to packing
- Feed glass into tape wrap machine and operate glass feeder; utilize pallet jacks
- Clean washer, sweep floors, and maintain manual IG units with razor blades
- Inspect glass, trim units with razor blades, and manage production line
- Catch hot parts (120°F) from heat tunnel; close corners and clean IG units with heat gun and special tool
- Dispose of rejected glass
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Glass Handler | Production position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Wear PPE as required
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 5-30 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
