- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- 1st Shift: 5:30am-2pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12am
- 3rd Shift: 10pn-6am

Key duties for Group Coordinator | Shift Lead | Production positions:
- Provides input to supervisor of the production/warehouse supervisor in support of the production line
- Must have experience with all set-ups before starting the production line and follow Lead start-up sheet
- Assist all operators and maintenance in trouble shooting equipment
- Document line operation, performance and down time throughout the shift
- Relieve all operators for lunch/breaks
- Follow all company polices including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices
- Responsible for food safety and quality withing their influence
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have the qualifications needed for this Group Coordinator | Shift Lead | Production position?
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Previous management or lead experience in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to read and write in English
- Operational knowledge of all equipment
- Must submit OSHA Powered Industrial Truck training and pass associated tests
- Ability to move chemicals and work in loud (with hearing protection), climate fluctuating environments
- Ability to work around oil, grease, fumes, allergens related to any food product, and frequent moisture during the cleaning process of production area
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well alone or in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, twist and reach
