Job Duties for Human Resource & IT Manager Position:
· Develop, coordinate, and optimize HR policies, processes, and procedures to support workforce efficiency and compliance
· Partner with department managers on staffing plans to ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and retention
· Manage IT systems, networks, and user support; including improvements and data backup measures.
· Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive improvements
· Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation to meet labor and safety regulations
· Support new hire orientation, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Kaizen, and RCA
· Collaborate across teams to enhance employee relations, satisfaction, and organizational performance
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place  
· Completes any other related tasks as needed  
  
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Human Resource & IT Manager Position:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
· 3 to 5 years of HR and/or IT management experience in corporate or industrial settings
· SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
· Lean Six Sigma and OSHA 10 or 30 certifications are a plus
· Proficient knowledge of IT systems, HR management, HRIS software, and recruitment platforms
· Strong ability to analyze HR data, create reports, and derive actionable insights
· Familiarity with employee relations, compliance, and talent management processes
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
· Capability to lift up to 30-45 lbs
