Job Description
Do you have experience in Human Resources? Luttrell Staffing Group is now recruiting HR Specialist for company in Santa Maria.
Key duties and details for HR Specialist:
- Build and manage relationships with staffing agencies, Work Force Resource Center, local colleges and universities
- Oversee all hiring, coordinate job posts, review resumes and perform reference checks
- Administer benefit plans, process bi-monthly payrolls and address employment relations issues such as work complaints and workers comp
- Daytime schedule
- Pay rate: $16-$20/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
- Excellent Benefits Package upon conversion (401k, 401k matching, health insurance, dental insurance, employee discount, paid time off, vision insurance and referral program)
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for HR Specialist:
- Must have 2 years of HR experience
- English/Spanish bilingual
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
- Must have a payroll background and knowledge with Sage 100.
