**All our lifeguard positions require that you are an American Red Cross-certified lifeguard, a certification which must be renewed every two years. Not certified? No problem! Let us know you’re interested in earning your certification, and we’ll do what we can to arrange a training class**
Key duties and details for Head Lifeguard:
- Mans a lifeguard station in order to maintain the safety of all patrons
- Monitors activities at the pool to prevent accidents
- Practices preventative lifeguard measures and performs water rescues
- Administers First Aid/ CPR/AED as necessary
- Pay rate: $11.50/hr
Qualifications for Head Lifeguard:
- Must have prior lifeguard experience
- All applicants must be 15 years of age or older
- Knowledge of general aquatic operating policies and procedures
- Knowledge of modern first aid and water safety techniques
- Ability to effectively respond in the event of an emergency
- Current Red Cross Certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED and First Aid

Brandon Luttrell
Branch Manager
Brandon joined the Luttrell Staffing Group team in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Through the years, he has held positions as HR Assistant, Staffing Manager, Business Development Manager, and is now Branch Manager of the Rogersville, TN office. In addition to his company role, Brandon currently serves on the board of the Hawkins County Boys & Girls Club and is a full-time student at Western Governors University, working toward his BS degree in Marketing. When off duty, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, wake boarding, golfing, fitness, actively serving in church, playing guitar, and singing/song writing.
