Details and duties for Heat Treat Operator positions:

Full-Time
Temp-to-Hire
3pm-11:30pm
$15/hr to start, raise at 90 days
Load/unload continuous carburizing furnace, dump machine, repack machine and shot blast
Perform quality checks
Complete production paperwork
Perform operational preventative maintenance
Read dial indicators and other measuring devices
Train other associates
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Other duties as needed

Job Requirements for Heat Treat Operator:

High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of related work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Detail oriented
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of and ability to use various measuring devices
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
Ability to push, pull, squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
