Job Description
Do you have admin experience and strong customer service skills? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring Human Resources Administrative Assistant.
Key duties and details for Administrative Assistant:
- Provide admin support as needed (data entry, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.)
- Answer phones, order entry, point of sale invoicing, record keeping, greet agencies and visitors
- Schedule examinations by coordinating appointments
- Coordinate HR projects, maintain workers comp, keep Excel spreadsheets up to date and accurate
- Recruit for hourly and salary positions
- Schedule: 8am-5pm
- Pay rate: $15/hr
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:
- Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance, regulations and third-party record keeping
- 3 years' experience in Human Resources
- Diploma/GED
