Key duties and details for HR Assistant:
- Answer incoming calls, greet employees, and accept applications
- Provide excellent customer service regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and procedures
- Complete onboarding in company systems (payroll, time, attendance, and employee database)
- Process daily call-in-logs
- Pay rate: $13.50-$14/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for HR Assistant:
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized
- Customer service skills
- Team player
- Problem solving skills
- Diploma/GED, some college preferred
