Job Description
Do you have experience in painting? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Industrial Painter positions in Gordonsville, TN.
Details for Industrial Painter position:
· $18 / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Industrial Painter:
· Prime and paint jobs to customer specifications and allow time to dry
· Perform quality checks on products
· Clean dirt, weld splatter, and a write on steel
· Maintain neat and orderly work area
· Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description, and supervisor’s instruction
· Us of: tools (hand and powered), toolboxes and tool bags, ladders, motors, supplies and equipment
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place and join trainings as needed
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Industrial Painter:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 year of previous experience, training, or education preferred
· Wear PPE as required
· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
· Possesses knowledge of PPE compliance
· Proficient in general/shop math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
· Capable of problem-solving
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry product
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
