Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for an Innovation Lab Tech!
- Monday-Friday
- TTH
- 1st Shift
- 8am-4pm

Position Summary:
Innovation Center Tech II operates various equipment(injection molded, blown film line, cast film line, blow molder, chopper, presses, various analytical tools, and computers) for making color chips, films, press outs, bottles or other exhibit samples and labels. The Tech also performs minor troubleshooting of laboratory equipment based on product appearance while maintaining a safe and clean work area.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare blown & cast films, injection molded chips, blow molded samples and other samples as needed.
- Provide application samples and brief verbal reports as needed
- Prepare customer exhibits and samples for shipment and delivers to shipping department.
- Monitor and maintain the disposition of lab scrap material
- Keep Innovation Center clean and orderly throughout the shift.
- Replenish Raw Materials in the laboratory storage area and maintain accurate and clear documentation of inventory product.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Applies general clerical/trade knowledge and skills. Understand basic methods, records, specifications and/or equipment within own work unit.
Education/Work Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred. Requires a minimum of two years or relevant experience. Prefer work experience in a manufacturing environment.
