Do you have warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring FNOL Specialist / Claim Processor positions in Schaumburg, IL.
Details for FNOL Specialist position:
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
- $20/hr
- Day shift hours with some late hours/weekends
- Must be bilingual Spanish speaking
Job Duties for FNOL Specialist / Claim Processor:
- Answer phones and handle incoming calls
- Manage Mitigation claims
- Type business correspondence
- Schedule work
- Greet walk-in customers
- Act as the gatekeeper for those seeking time with executives and managers
- Prepare Contracts
- Complete inner-office documentation
- Assist with maintaining customer data base
- Schedule service work based on available capacity
- Schedules project managers and mitigation technicians
- Participate in the administrative on-call rotation
Qualifications for FNOL Specialist / Claim Processor:
- Minimum of 3 years of office and customer service experience
- Good computer skills and able to handle difficult calls
- Must be bilingual Spanish speaking
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk
