Do you have warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring FNOL Specialist/Claim Processor positions in Roselle, IL.
 
Details for FNOL Specialist/Claim Processor position:
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  • Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
  • Fast Start Date
  • Weekly Pay
  • $20/hr
  • Day shift hours with some late hours/weekends
  • Must be bilingual Spanish speaking
Job Duties for FNOL Specialist/Claim Processor:
  • Answer phones and handle incoming calls
  • Manage Mitigation claims
  • Type business correspondence
  • Schedule work
  • Greet walk-in customers
  • Act as the gatekeeper for those seeking time with executives and managers
  • Prepare Contracts
  • Complete inner-office documentation
  • Schedule service work based on available capacity
  • Schedule Project Managers and Mitigation Technicians
  • Assist with maintaining customer data base
  • Participate in the administrative on call rotation
  • Must be bilingual Spanish speaking
Qualifications for FNOL Specialist/Claim Processor:
  • Minimum of 3 years of office and customer service experience
  • Good computer skills and able to handle difficult calls
  • Must be bilingual Spanish speaking 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk
