Job Description
Do you have warehouse or shipping experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Inventory | Shipping Clerk positions in Johnson City, TN.
Details for Inventory | Shipping Clerk Position:
- Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Inventory | Shipping Clerk Position:
- Collaborate in a small team to pick, pack, and ship orders
- Use MRP and FedEx software for order processing and inventory management
- Optimize warehouse stock locations and space utilization, including implementing smart identification systems
- Assist with daily inventory cycle counts and physical inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with daily restocking
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Inventory | Shipping Clerk Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory, receiving, or shipping within fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Proficient in MS Office and accurate data entry with preferred experience in inventory management software
- Skilled or quick to learn ERP systems such as Syteline
- Accurate in counting materials and maintaining records
- Adaptable to fast-paced settings with strong multitasking abilities
- Collaborative team player with good communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take on additional tasks
- Effective time management and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Capable of presenting information clearly in one-on-one settings and attending required training
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50+ lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
