Job Description
Do you have warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Inventory Clerk positions in Streamwood, IL.
**Perks & Benefits:
- $15.50-16/Hour
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Tuesdays OFF)
- 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 1:30am (Sunday OFF)

Job Duties for Inventory Clerk position:
- Maintain accurate inventory data in PRMS with daily cycle counts and inventory upkeep
- Manage inventory for packaging, film, condiments, trailers, and finished goods
- Ensure timely and precise inventory of raw materials, packaging, film, and condiments
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain files in PRMS
- Adhere to proper documentation and company procedures
- Liaise with production, warehouse, scheduling, purchasing, and other departments as needed
- Review, research, and explain inventory variances followed by corrective action when required
- Conduct MUV research and prepare reports for accounting or Inventory Supervisor
- Report Inventory weekly and explain any variances
- Keep files organized and accessible for review
- Communicate regularly with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
- Complete other assigned duties including housekeeping tasks
Do you have the Desired Skills and Knowledge required for this Inventory Clerk position?
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Stand-up & sit-down forklift certifications
- Flexible schedule, willing to work varied shifts as needed for continuous coverage
- Strong counting and calculation skills to identify and resolve variances
- Proficient with laptops/computers and confident using technology
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and adaptable to new software like PRMS
- Experience with inventory calculations and systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
