Job Description
Do you have basic computer skills, with experience in MS Word and Excel? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Inventory Specialist.
Key duties and details for Inventory Specialist:
- Receive spare parts and new and reground tooling, and match to the appropriate purchase order
- Enter transaction into Sage accounting software
- Create purchase orders and receive new inventory into Sage software system
- Create monthly historic record of tooling and spare parts usage
- Maintain and update tooling and spare parts spreadsheet
- Pay rate: $16/hr
- Schedule: 7am-4pm
Qualifications for Inventory Specialist:
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to use units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals
- Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages and create and interpret corresponding charts and graphs
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Sage computer software
