Details for Japanese - English Translator Position:
- Starting pay salary: $65,000 / Year
- 8am-5pm
- Direct-Hire

Job Duties for Japanese - English Translator Position:
- Facilitate communication between Asian expatriates and local staff through translation and interpretation
- Provide accurate, clear, and unbiased interpreting in meetings, interviews, business trips, and daily operations
- Perform technical translation and interpretation across production, purchasing, and other departments
- Build and apply technical knowledge in manufacturing and engineering environments
- Support expatriates and families with medical interpreting, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Assist with expatriate lifestyle needs such as housing arrangements and government documentation
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Japanese - English Translator Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong visual acuity, including close and distance vision, color distinction, and peripheral awareness
- Ability to lift up and push 50 lbs
