Job Description

Details for Machine Operator Positions:
· $14.14 - $17.95 / Hour, Depending on Position and Shift
· 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available, Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Machine Operator Positions:
· Operate machine to process materials to specifications
· Record lot information in computer or production sheets
· Conduct quality checks and report non-conformances
· Monitor and audit processes to meet customer standards
· Make timely decisions and adjustments to fabric as needed
· Follow and promote company safety procedures
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Cross-train and assist in other tasks as needed
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Machine Operator Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Certified and fully trained to operate shear equipment
· Strong understanding of safety procedures with current certification
· Proven ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
· High attention to detail with accurate processing of materials
· Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
· Compliant with all PPE and safety committee requirements
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
