Job Duties for Warehouse Associate Position: 
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory movement, and shipping operations using manual and automated processes
- Execute end-to-end order fulfillment including picking, packing, documentation, and shipment processing with high accuracy in ERP systems
- Receive and stock inventory from purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory records and transaction tracking
- Load and unload trucks and coordinate physical flow of goods throughout the warehouse
- Prepare domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other systems
- Resolve issues through root cause analysis and support internal customer needs
- Promote safety, quality, and efficiency by following procedures, maintaining a clean workspace, and identifying process improvements
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Warehouse Associate Position: 
- High school diploma or equivalent 
- 3+ years of warehouse and shipping experience with knowledge of order processing, inventory, and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx), and inventory software
- Ability to perform full order fulfillment process including picking, packing, labeling, and system completion with strong attention to detail
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers (certification preferred) and handling specialized or hazardous materials
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to follow instructions and collaborate with internal and external customers
- Solid math skills, strong learning agility, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for duration of shift 
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and small components 
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach, and perform hands-on task for extended periods
