Job Description
Do you have production experience and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Assembly positions in Clinton, TN.
Details for Production Assembly Position:
- $19.50 / Hour
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire

- Frequent Weekend Shifts
Job Duties for Production Assembly Position:
- Assemble, wire, inspect, and package electrical components supporting diverse energy and infrastructure solutions
- Operate machinery and assembly line equipment safely and efficiently
- Test electrical parts, panels, and devices according to specifications
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S and safety protocols
- Complete accurate daily production logs and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Production Assembly Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivated and detail-oriented with basic math and measurement skills
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
- Willing to undergo background check and drug screening
- Available to work weekends if needed
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
