Luttrell Staffing has a Housekeeping position in Dublin, VA Purpose:
The intent of this job description is to establish duties and assignments for the position named above that support the quality policy, management objectives, and quality system. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor and other management.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Primary Function: Maintain order, cleanliness, organization and sanitation of common areas, outside grounds, and office spaces.
- At start of shift, after lunch and end of shift ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked. (Toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, sinks, walls, stalls, urinals, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.)
- Maintains cleanliness of building exterior and signage. (Pressure washing, decorating, seasonal landscaping maintenance.)
- Assist HR with special event set-up and clean-up.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, pull and push 50 lbs.
- Keeps work area orderly and free of obstructions and in a safe condition.
- Performs work in a safe manner.
- Use and knowledge of various hand tools, cleaning machinery, cleaning solutions and supplies.
- Valid Driver’s license and transportation preferred (may be asked to run errands in and out of plant).
