Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for Packers | Manufacturing positions in Dublin, VA.

Key duties and details for Packers | Manufacturing:
- Assembling and preparing packaging materials such as boxes, bags, or containers for use
- Inspecting products for quality before packaging to ensure they meet company standards
- Packing products carefully into containers, ensuring items are secure and protected
- Labeling packages accurately with the correct information for shipping or inventory
- Organizing and stacking finished packages in designated areas for storage or shipment
- Support the operation in assigned machine to ensure the machinery is running at optimum efficiency
- Work with all of the team to comply with production needs in terms of quality, efficiency and operational cost
- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
Qualifications and skills for Packers | Manufacturing:
- Experience as a machine operator for thermo-forming and extrusion of plastics for food packaging industry is preferred
- Ability to work in high noise levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Diploma/GED is required
