Job Duties for Quality Auditor Operator:
- Required to understand the proper use of Calipers, Depth and Force Gages, Micrometers, Profile, Tool Maker’s Microscope, CMM Machine and Height Gage
- Responsible for the visual, functional and dimensional testing of connectors, terminals and assemblies using the specified methods and frequencies.
- Responsible for daily entry of dimensional measurements into computer in compliance with applicable procedures.
- Understand test frequency standard and related check sheets. Demonstrate accuracy in completing check sheets
Job Requirements for Quality Auditor Operator:
- Physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials.
- Regularly required to stand, bend and reach.
- Visually able to conduct product inspection as required by CPC and applicable Quality Alerts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
