Do you have maintenance experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Technician positions in Glasgow, KY.
Details for Maintenance Technician Position:
· $25 / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
· Must provide own hand tools
Job Duties for Maintenance Technician Position:
· Provide comprehensive plant maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
· Operate and monitor equipment, identify machine cycles, and perform scheduled maintenance with minimal supervision
· Use hand tools, measurement devices, and shop equipment for repairs; operate forklift trucks as needed
· Organize and manage inventory for electrical and tooling parts, and source cost-effective suppliers
· Maintain and improve plant equipment, including PLC setup and hydraulic systems
· Manage work orders and maintenance records in automated systems, accurately follow SOPs, and maintain precise documentation of materials and labor
· Track maintenance activities to minimize downtime, promptly correct and report unsafe conditions, and perform necessary repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Maintenance Technician Position:
· Industrial Maintenance Diploma or equivalent experience required, with willingness for ongoing job-related training
· Basic math skills
· Proficient in safe use of hand and power tools (utility knives, banders, cutters, staple gun, shrink wrapper, radial saw)
· Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to multitask while prioritizing safety, quality, teamwork, and positive relationships
· Skilled in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues using testing equipment
· Ability to work 12-hour, 4-star shifts and meet overtime requirements
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
