Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Paint Operator | Production positions in Greeneville, TN.

Job Duties for Paint Operator | Production:
Read and follow instructions and specifications to accurately and efficiently build and assemble parts and equipment
Assemble subassemblies and components into finished products to meet customer demand
Pack finished products into proper containers/cartons for shipment
Work overtime as needed
Perform rework and secondary operations within production parameters to meet customer requirements
Assist other departments when needed
Work well both independently and in a team environment
Gauge and inspect components and subassemblies as required by control plans and work instructions
Perform line checks and audits to ensure consistent quality production
Monitor inventory of components and subassemblies; notify leader of any shortages
Requirements for Paint Operator | Production:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
