Job Description
Do you have machine operator experience and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Fill-In Production Machine Operator positions in Hillsville, VA.
Details for Fill-In Production Machine Operator Position:
· $14.65-14.90 / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Fill-In Production Machine Operator Position:
· Assist on all AC line jobs and fill in various sections as needed, including loading and labeling on Stelron machines
· Perform soldering, charging, riveting, and hand line operations
· Prepare materials for shipping following specifications
· Follow all job specifications, policies, and safety standards
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Fill-In Production Machine Operator Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous production experience a plus
· Ability to accurately read and follow written instructions
· Ability to perform basic calculations and use numerical data as needed to complete tasks
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
