Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Line Operator | Production positions in Knoxville, TN. If you are interested, apply today!
The Line Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment within the manufacturing facility and ensuring that quality products are produced timely and efficiently.

- Monday-Thursday | 8pm-2am (Occasional Overtime on Fridays)

Can you see yourself in this Line Operator | Production position?
- Operate production equipment efficiently in line with GMPs and safety guidelines
- Use Redzone for tracking downtime and quality compliance
- Perform changeovers for assigned equipment or production line
- Maintain customer standards for product quality
- Follow daily instructions and complete required paperwork accurately
- Report any issues to supervisor and make minor equipment adjustments
- Keep workstation clean, assist with changeovers
- Adhere to safety procedures, participate in training, report incidents
- Comply with GMPs, emergency action plan, and food safety standards
- Ensure production meets food safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have the skills and knowledge required for this Line Operator | Production position?
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 2 years of machine operator experience
