Details for the Furnace Operator | Manufacturing Position:
- $17 / Hour ($1 Raise once hired directly by client)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for the Furnace Operator | Manufacturing Position:
- Operate and monitor furnace processes including drying, cover mix, aging, taping, reprocess, crystallization, and siliconization
- Handle raw materials and hazardous chemicals per OSHA standards and work instructions
- Ensure optimal equipment performance and compliance with production plans
- Record furnace operations, material data, and process conditions
- Monitor and adjust furnace parameters such as temperature, speed, and nitrogen flow to maintain process stability
- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and make necessary process adjustments
- Report process, material, equipment, or personnel issues to supervisor and coordinate with maintenance as needed
- Comply with all PPE, policies, and established safety procedures
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Important Information for the Furnace Operator | Manufacturing  Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Skilled in following verbal and written instructions and maintaining accurate records
- Adherence to PPE requirements and LOTO certification as required
- Ability to monitor audio alarms and operate computer equipment
- Experience loading and unloading hot furnaces
- Able to stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
