Job Duties for Forklift Production Operator Position:
- Operate and monitor twin mixers, triplet mixers, kneaders, filter presses, and related equipment for sealant production according to the production plan
- Mix, filter, and package sealants, including preparation and cleaning of packaging materials and returnable containers for reuse
- Transport raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet trucks, and barrel manipulators
- Recycle materials from cleaning processes and manage waste separation
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations, using required protective equipment
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness following 5S methodology and IATF 16949:2016 standards
- Participate in training and adhere to work procedures, promptly reporting discrepancies, failures, or incidents to supervisors
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Forklift Production Operator Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Forklift Experience Required
- Wear PPE as required (such as Fitted Respirator, etc.)
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
