**Perks & Benefits:
- Monday-Friday | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- $16 / Hour

Job Duties for Loan Processing Specialist position:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Process high volumes of credit applications and credit reports for underwriting review
- Issue credit approvals by updating CRM software and sending approval emails
- Reconcile credit applications across multiple sources to ensure accurate processing
- Enter and set up new loans with terms and payment schedules in loan servicing software
- Audit new loan entries, correct errors, and follow up to confirm completion
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and handle phone and written correspondence
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- All other assigned duties related to position or assigned by management
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Loan Processing Specialist position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of prior work experience in Loan Processing, Loan specialist, Auditing or a commensurate field
- Extensive PC skills including Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service skills and positive attitude
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, problem solving skills and time management skills
