Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operator positions in Clinton, TN. 

Details for Manufacturing Machine Operator position:

• $20.00/hr plus-$100/ week bonus for associates that work through the end of September. 

• To qualify for the bonus, the associates must be employed on the last day of September 2026. Related to the extra incentive currently offered, any associate that are hired next week and works through the end of September will be eligible for an extra $100 bonus ($800 total). The bonus is not earned if the associate is terminated prior to the end of September. Anyone hired the week of 8/17-8/21 will be eligible for a $700 bonus, and the scale keeps sliding down for each week we get closer to the end of September.

Job Duties for Manufacturing Machine Operator Position

• Operate manufacturing and secondary equipment according to job requirements

• Load and unload forming machines with appropriate materials

• Read work instructions and specifications to determine production methods and sequences

• Trim plastic parts using hand routers or band saws

• Inspect finished parts, maintain production counts, and complete required documentation

• Follow safety rules, company policies, and scheduled start and break times

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Report equipment, quality, or production issues to the supervisor promptly

• Learn to troubleshoot machine-related issues

• Operate a forklift after completing required training and certification

• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Manufacturing Machine Operator Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or one to three months of related manufacturing experience or training

• MFG/Machine operation experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with cycle times of up to 60 seconds

• Ability to lift materials from floor level to shoulder height and above

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect parts using close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision

• Basic written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read simple instructions and communicate clearly

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement calculations 

• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions and solve routine production issues 

• Willingness to work around moving machinery, humidity, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor conditions, and loud noise 

• Ability to follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and personal protective equipment requirements 

• Qualified candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is required

• Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist, climbing, rotating, and reach
