Machine operator performs work of moderate difficulty in the operation of various mechanical farm equipment; performs related farm and harvesting work as assigned.
**Perks & Benefits:
- $15 / Hour
- Spring & Summer | 7:30am-6:30pm | Monday-Friday
- Winter & Falll | 8am-5pm | Monday-Friday
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Operates various mechanical farming equipment used in agricultural production, such as mowers, forklifts, and sprayers as well as other manual harvesting equipment
- Performs inspection and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, buildings, and facilities
- Participates in construction/maintenance projects
- May train new staff or act as lead worker
- May keep records and prepare reports
- Operate forklift
- Performs other related tasks related to agriculture harvesting as assigned by Farm Supervisor
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating farm equipment, such as tractors, forklifts, or mowers
- Bilingual skills are desired but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach through 12 hour shifts
