Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Production Operators.
**Perks & Benefits:
- $14-15.50 / Hour (Based on Shift)
- Monday-Thursday | 6am-4:30pm (Overtime as needed, including Fridays)
- Weekly Pay (Pay Card or Direct Deposit)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- 40 hours per week
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Production Operator:
- Set Up and operate machinery
- Load and unload materials or products from machines and properly store them
- Monitor production, quality, and safety
- Detect and report equipment failures, damage, and defective or questionable materials to the supervisor
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Production Operator position:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, twist, kneel and reach
