Job Description
Do you have manufacturing experience or are you looking to get started in the field? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Machine Operator | Manufacturing positions in Hampshire, IL.
Details for Machine Operator | Manufacturing Position:
- $15-15 / Hour
- Full-Time | Long-Term Temp.

Job Duties for Machine Operator | Manufacturing Position:
- Set up machines at shift start and during size changes, run designated line filters, and perform quality checks per supervisor standards
- Maintain line performance (output, quality, uptime), ensure accurate production data, and uphold Quality Policy compliance
- Clean work areas post-shift, adhere to safety/environmental/5S standards, and troubleshoot or escalate machine issues
- Troubleshoot any issues with machine or notify lead so that maintenance can be involved
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Machine Operator | Manufacturing Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving goals
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
