Job Description
Do you have machine operator experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Equipment Operator | Manufacturing positions in Piney Flats, TN.
Details for Equipment Operator | Manufacturing position:
- Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Equipment Operator | Manufacturing:
- Operate and oversee various warehouse machines, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety procedures
- Conduct daily setup, inspections, end-of-day procedures, and calibrations for extrusion machines
- Monitor equipment operation throughout the shift
- Assist in manufacturing company products
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet production targets
- Participate in safety training and initiatives
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as necessary
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Equipment Operator | Manufacturing:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of machine operation experience preferred
- Initiative in improving organization and creating opportunities
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient in individual and team settings
- Ability to meet production goals and deadlines
- Skills in prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
