Do you have manufacturing experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Machine Operator | Manufacturing positions.
Details for Machine Operator | Manufacturing position:
- $15-17.50 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay
- Never work on Sundays!

Job duties for Machine Operator | Manufacturing:
- Monitoring the operation and speed of packing machines, making timely adjustments as needed to optimize performance
- Ensuring a consistent supply of packing materials is readily available to maintain workflow
- Proactively clearing jams and conducting basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Cutting products to precise specifications to meet production requirements
- Conducting thorough inspections of finished products to uphold our commitment to quality assurance
- Performing basic repairs and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure smooth operations
- Loading materials into balers efficiently and accurately
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Machine Operator | Manufacturing:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of previous manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of 3PL System
- Basic math skills and ability to read tape measure
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
