Details for Assembly Line Operator (Bandsaw & Milling) position:
- $17 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Assembly Line Operator (Bandsaw & Milling):
- Operate production line equipment to deliver top-quality products ensuring SQR (safety, quality, reliability), cost efficiency, timely deliveries and high team morale
- Operate production line: set up materials, run sawing/milling machines, inspect tight-tolerance products, package finished goods, perform basic equipment maintenance
- Use forklift/crane to move materials, load machinery safely
- Monitor safety compliance with OSHA regulations
- Maintain quality control exceeding company standards
- Receive training for high performance if inexperienced
- Attend required seminars/meetings, pursue ongoing education
- Lead shop floor/inventory organization, production systems, work orders
- Organize/label inventory to minimize discrepancies
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Assembly Line Operator (Bandsaw & Milling):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Precise measurements w/ tape & caliper (req'd)
- Metalworking/CNC/sawing exp (pref)
- Forklift/crane exp (pref)
- Lift 50lbs, stand full shift
- Flexible OT/holidays; positive attitude
- Interpersonal skills; quick adaptability
- Problem-solving; high-pressure execution
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
- Stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and legs
