- 7:30pm-7:30am (rotating schedule)

Job details and duties for Production | Machine Operator:
- Set up, operate and adjust the clean/prime/coat/sinter equipment to produce blades
- Perform visual and mechanical tests to assure quality
- Maintain necessary documentation of records/charts
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Perform finishing operations such as oiling, carton preparation, packing, etc
- Provide assistance in pre-grind operations as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Production | Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in general mechanics
- Must be able to read and interpret instruments and gages
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to see clearly at various distances, distinguish colors, have good peripheral vision, judge depth accurately, and adjust focus as needed.
