Job Description
Do you have machine operator experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Plastic Injection Machine Operator positions in Sevierville, TN.
Details for Plastic Injection Machine Operator position:
· $17 with a $1 Shift differential once moving to 2nd.
· Monday-Thursday | 8am-6:30pm
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for Plastic Injection Machine Operator:
· Start up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
· Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
· Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
· Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools
· Test operation of machines periodically
· Fix issues that might occur during the shift
· Check output to spot and machine-related mistakes or flaws
· Keep record of approved and defective units or final products
· Maintain activity logs and machinery
· Follow all safety guidelines and policies; constant use of PPE
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Plastic Injection Machine Operator:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
· In person interview required
· Previous experience as a machine operator
· Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometer, etc)
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
