• $22.00/hour + Phased increase program (.50/hour every 6 months)

• Set up and operation of various machinery and shop equipment with little or no supervision

• Advanced data collection activities

• Fabrication of precision-machined parts while maintaining a safe work environment, meeting quality requirements, customer specifications, and shipment schedules

• Various equipment is defined as but not limited to: CNC machinery, lathes, mills, presses, micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators

• Troubleshoot processes and report feedback to supervisor; identify and escalate out-of-control processes

• Perform routine maintenance and complete daily paperwork and keep work area neat and clean

• May be required to provide assistance in other areas of the facility as necessitated by production requirements

Do you have the Skills and Knowledge needed for this position?

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience
• Associate degree in related field and one (1) year of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment 
• Position requires at least one (1) years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and relate effectively with all levels of employees with in organization
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, twist and reach
