Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a leadership role where you can make a significant impact? Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate activities in the maintenance department. Direct Hire Opportunity - Apply Today! Essential Functions for Maintenance Supervisor | 2nd Shift:
- Proficient in skilled maintenance activities:
- electrical, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, welding, carpentry, pneumatics, mechanical, and machining
- Operates machine tools, hand tools, test equipment, and other maintenance equipment
- Coordinates maintenance activities and assigns support associates
- Interprets diagrams, specifications, and drawings
- Complies with codes and safety regulations
- Assists in developing and revising preventative maintenance program
- Maintains inventory and records of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Responsible for maintenance budget
- Monitors and tracks downtime
- Responsible for accurate recording of SPC information where required.
- Fill-in for Support Associates (Maintenance).
- Support ABE's Quality System and Loss Control/Safety Programs.
- Oversee performance reviews.
