Key details for Maintenance Assistant positions:
- Full-Time
- 1st Shift
- $17.50/hr
- Paid weekly
Duties for Maintenance Assistant positions:
- Perform regular preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant machinery
- Identify, diagnose and repair defective equipment
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Use variety of hand tools and equipment
- Assist machine operators and fabricators to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Maintain clean and tidy work environment
These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for these positions:
- Team player
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year previous work experience in industrial maintenance/manufacturing
- Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
- Ability to use variety of hand tools
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
