Key details for Maintenance Assistant positions:

• Full-Time
• Temporary assignment, 2-3 months
• 1st Shift
• $19/hr
• Paid weekly

Duties for Maintenance Assistant positions:

• Perform regular preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant machinery
• Identify, diagnose and repair defective equipment
• Maintain accurate record keeping
• Use variety of hand tools and equipment
• Assist machine operators and fabricators to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Maintain clean and tidy work environment

These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for these positions:

• Team player
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills 
• Minimum 1 year previous work experience in industrial maintenance/manufacturing
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
• Ability to use variety of hand tools
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
