Job Description
Do you have warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Electrician positions in Dublin, VA.
Details for Maintenance Electrician position:
· $27+ / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Maintenance Electrician:
· Troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment
· Manage safety, scheduling, and training for repairs
· Work independently on projects from start to finish
· Maintain effective communication across shifts and departments
· Meet organizational objectives and support fiscal responsibility
· Integrate new components and systems
· Ensure products and systems meet manufacturing and GMP requirements
· Research and implement solutions for operational issues
· Maintain project and equipment documentation
· Plan and fabricate system improvements
· Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Maintenance Electrician:
· Associate degree in Electrical Technology or related field
· 5+ years of previous experience
· Work with others and independently
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and OSHA codes
· Experience with 3-phase power and PLC programming (RSS00, RsS000, Siemens)
· Proficient with shop equipment and conduit installation
· PLC troubleshooting and basic programming skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
· Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; AutoCAD preferred
· Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
· Capable of reading electrical and mechanical schematics
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
