Job Description
Do you have knowledge of raw materials and production process? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring a Maintenance Manager in Chilhowie, VA.
*This is a Direct-Hire position*
Key duties and details for Maintenance Manager:
- Daily management of maintenance including production, quality, and safety
- Review any production failures, quality issues, safety issues and production issues in detail
- Oversee the maintenance techs and direct them to specific work orders for machinery breakdowns and monitor their work
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
- Salary: 60k - $67k per year, based on experience
- Direct-Hire
Qualifications for Maintenance Manager:
- Must have 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safe work practices, policies, and procedures
- Basic computer skills, MS Excel and MS Word
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have knowledge of raw materials, production process and other techniques for maximizing effecting maintenance of equipment
