Job Description
Do you have industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Supervisor for company in Santa Maria.

Key duties and details for Maintenance Supervisor:
- Oversee the personnel responsible for keeping the equipment running in 3 facilities
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to allow for production
- Work alongside team so they can direct and prioritize them toward completion of maintenance and repairs
- Pay rate: $20-$30/hr
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Maintenance Supervisor:
- Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Preventative maintenance scheduling and performing
- Ability to properly communicate (verbal and written)
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the workplace
- Strong problem-solving skills
