Job Description
Are you skilled at fixing and maintaining things around the home or workplace? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Technician positions in Vonore, TN.

- $17-23 / Hour

Job Duties for Maintenance Technician Position:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, basic electrical, plumbing, and fabrication issues
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed
- Ensure safety compliance and effective communication with team
- Adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance background preferred
- Hands-on mechanical skills in plumbing, fabrication, welding, and basic electrical (120VAC/480VAC) preferred
- Strong problem-solving, safety focus, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to follow procedures
- Relevant certifications a plus
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
