Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical property. Because of the importance of assuring the successful management of the maintenance staff, the Maintenance Technician must be trained to perform the duties of the Maintenance Supervisor and provide support and cooperation in completing all work items. Above all, the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with the other team members will not only improve the job performance, but also enhance the entire work experience.**Perks & Benefits:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Experience in maintenance and involving public contract preferred
- Valid driver's license and current insurance for job related travel and pick up, or ability to drive pickup truck and/or van
- Formal training or experience in the following areas preferred: carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical wok, painting, and refurbishing
- Ability to read blueprints and sketches
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp
- Diploma/GED
