Job Description
Do you have technician experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Technician positions.
Details for Maintenance Technician position:
- $24-28 / Hour
- Monday – Friday: 1st Shift (Occasional Overtime)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

- Weekly Pay
Job duties for Maintenance Technician:
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot general/routing
- Perform preventive maintenance on all machines in plant
- Fabricate, erect, and retrofit equipment
- Assist improving existing processes and equipment
- Participate in cross-training as needed
- Knowledge to work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hydro aspects
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate or Vocational school training or equivalent work experience in Machine Shop, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Industrial Electricity
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing/Plant Maintenance Department/Shop required - Electrical experience preferred
- Good understanding of basic math, reading and writing is a must
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
